Sent in an e-request that we were beyond processing times on 5/28/15. They responded by noticing an interview for 6/26/15 at 7:15 am. Is this a bad sign? We are 100% bona fide and have more than enough evidence. No RFEs.

Did they respond to your service request? On the website, did they show they had responded to it and closed it? When is the interview letter dated? Mine shows all that stuff but haven't received the reply yet. No it is not a bad sign especially if no RFE. Some are picked at random. Furthermore, many people get approved on the spot at the interview

They sent me an e-mail saying they received my e-mail request and would respond by 6/19. The letter is dated 6/3/15, e-mail request was 5/28/15. Nothing on the web site regarding e-mail nor request for interview. In fact, I checked web site before i left work on 6/5 only to come home to find the interview letter dated 6/3/15. We have more stuff now but only expanding on the photos, trips etc. in addition to 2014 returns and new title for the house. Meanwhile, in addition to illegals/undocumented in California being able to get drivers licenses and license to practice law, they can now get free health care by way of MediCal while we get put through the wringer to prove we're real. Sorry for the cynicism but, we're at mile 26.1 and someone's just grabbed our shoelaces!

Dont worry about the interview, one of my friends had theirs earlier this year, they were missing key proof but when they got there the interviewer told them "I dont know why you guys are here", approved on the spot..Good luck!

What exactly is a "key proof" in their case if you happen to know? I feel like they just go with a case and they say: "Ok, let's just invite them for an interview without even a RFE"? Do they have to have some cases a month that get scheduled for an interview? I think they probably do? It is like the cops, they should write a certain amount of tickets per week, but not above a certain number, because then it looks suspicious, like the cops are actually trying to pick up on civil people.

Yes I do believe that they have a quota for interviews, and just pick them at random..They didnt have a lease or mortgage on their name cause they were living at her parents house, didn't have shared bank accounts cause of her credit, she actually took her credit report in case they question that..She did take affidavit from her parents, and lotttsss of pics and proof with each other families..but the interviewer disnt even ask for additional proof, they just asked them question about each other, what they do, where they live, normal questions

Yes, unfortunately without a lease and bank account statement you are highly likely to get RFE's or interviewed, but I am glad the IO didn't ask all kinds or peculiar question:)

All of a sudden the processing time is now August. Last week they said September, and the week before that was October. What's that all about? I feel like they've stopped looking at VSC cases. It's been at least a week or two since anyone has gotten a decision, right? Tick Tock Tick Tock.

It has been solid more than 2 weeks since the last approved person. I checked again it says Sept 29th last complete case and we know this is not true based on people from July 2014 still waiting. Also I am hoping on Monday they will update that info and will move a little forward, but without approving people in between last month and now I doubt it they will even bother changing the date to anything after Oct 5th. Which means us Oct/Nov filers are going to have to wait for at least another month:(

I have just checked the USCIS VSC processing time information page, and it looks like they updated something on that page yesterday (June 9, 2015), but the dates listed are still as of March 31, 2015, and September 29 is still listed against the I-751 form. Super frustrating!

It looks like as if they stopped working on the ROC cases for now and working on some other cases their office is also responsible for...

If my N01 was on 11/3/2014, when can I submit and inquiry?

You can try to submit now, but it will most likely tell you that it is within the processing time since according to the processing time info page they say they are finished only working on Sept 29 cases...

Ok, so once the processing time states 11/5/2014, then if I submit a request, I'm more likely to get a real answer, correct?

Correct. Or once processing time states a number of months which is lower than the number of months from your NOA1 receipt date till the current date. So if your NOA1 receipt date is 11/3, then if the processing time table says 7 months, then you can submit your service request after 6/3 since that is when your wait is over 7 months.

I saw the update, too, but based on the "as of March 31" I believe they haven't changed anything and CSC still hasn't update to April 30th, so I guess we will have to wait until Mon or Tue next week and see if they move it up even by a day, but based on the fact they haven't even processed one case I would say there will be no movement.
