You mean August will be 9 months if we use the NOA-1, if we go by biometrics it will be 8 months. I haven't submitted a service request or a status check, at this point it doesn't make sense to. But honestly they can take 12 months is they want to as far as they give me a full refund for the delayed service they have provided my family with. Good thing people have a life spam of 70 years rather than 40, because there is a good chance of dying before seeing a GC. Do pets need to go through the same naturalization process LOL. I wish there was a clause or policy that stated, if they fail to process your case in a certain amount of time a full refund would be granted. That would make them move there butts. I work on case files and I do understand that it takes a lot to clear your desk but they should have it done to a science by now with check-off sheet.

Both of you are hilarious. I did not realize that the morning coffee can have such effect.

I haven't had coffe yet, but I'm going to get some right now. :dancing: That's why it was so nice to laugh this early in the morning, I'm on a natural high right now. Right now all we have are jokes and time...LOL.

Sent in an e-request that we were beyond processing times on 5/28/15. They responded by noticing an interview for 6/26/15 at 7:15 am. Is this a bad sign? We are 100% bona fide and have more than enough evidence. No RFEs.

That's what I'm thinking. Wife is now on title to the house and since we filed and we've been to Kauai for our delayed Honeymoon, trips to Mammoth for snowboarding, trip to Monterey, two weeks in Thailand to see the family for Thai New Years and we have tax return for 2014. Somewhat degrading and humiliating that we must now try and prove to some government cubicle worker that we are a "bona fide" married couple. I'm just hoping that we are part of some random sampling as I see no red flags. Sigh......
