I tried to send an inquiry regarding my case and I keep getting an error

"

The following error(s) need to be corrected:

• You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number."

Even Though I put the correct form I-751???

I would say they might have somehow input the wrong form when were issuing the number. Try again tomorrow if not you can probably call them to submit a service request. I bet they just didnt associate the right form with your number.

It says in the website everytime I check the status "Form CRI-89"

but form CRI-89 is also a removing of condition? I can't find the CRI 89 for the choice in USCIS inquiry options.

NVM I used the other form that I have from my biometric and it work but still unsuccessful.

Still got the notice "Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage. "

Yes, because according to their processing times you are still within the bubble. The only people that are considered out of the processing times are the people who filed before and on Sept 29th. So around June 13th-15th when they update their website. Meaning that your NOA-1 is Oct 28 and the dates they post are after the 28-th only then you can submit the request. Unfortunately there is pretty much nothing you can do now. Even if you talk to a Tier 1 agent and they put in a service request, they will send you the generated mail they send to everybody and don't even look at the request, since you are still considered within normal processing times. No need to tell me that their 6 months are way overdue:(.

I got approved 3/26 and still no physical GC in hand .

The 60 days are almost over that they say to wait for it in the approval letter. Anyboday else still waiting for the card to arrive as well? From what I read about it on the forum it will cost me another ~$380 to file the I-90 AGAIN and get a replacement card. Oh my....will this ever be over.

have you ever received an email or text update on your case?

They usually sends updates with your USPS tracking number. If you have your USPS tracking call to your local office. Thats what I did.

I never got any text or email, although I thought that I sighned up for it. I'll ask them about the tracking number, hopefully it's not USPS that messed it up. There is a slight chance that I don't have to pay again if I can somehow prove that USPS never got it.

I hope you get some answers soon! USPS can screw up sometimes... some years back, they delivered my approval notice to the right address and my actual GC was delivered to my previous/ old address!

After daily checking of our status for who knows how long, finally a change, and a good one! Today (5/26), our status reads, "Card was ordered to be produced". Finally approved. Hooray!!

I had an infopass appointment today to get my passport stamped because I was afraid to go out of the country with just the extension letter.

The immigration officer was very nice and she checked my case. She told me it will take at least 8-10 more weeks for VSC to start working on mid/late October cases. So my friends, we just have to sit down and KEEP WAITING. She also said some cases will be transfer to California.

Whatttt??? That is ridiculous, 8-10 weeks is beyond too much time, that will put Oct filers in August, so what happens to Nov filers, they get approved in December of next year??? Transferring - hmmm, they should have done that a while ago. VSC so behind. I get it we get a year extension letter, but that doesn't mean they have 2 years to process our paperwork???

I am sure all Nov and December filers will get RFE's because simply the information we have submitted 6+ months ago is not up to date, then they get another 90 days to process the RFE's. This is not just an Adjustment of Status, it is torture. Stretching the time like we are never getting old I get it, but sadly we age.

Enough rant for today:)

so since I am a Nov filer and planning a vacation to Mexico in December, get my passport stamped now, because most definitely I will still be waiting for a GC at this time LOL

One word - pathetic.
