Hi All,

How long is the wait to get a green card after approval?

I received my first green card in 3 days after my interview. The same with I751?

I received mine exactly a week from the day I got the email from USCIS. They will send you a tracking number also when they mail the card.

I just called USCIS today and follow up my case.

She just said that the process would take up to a year which is very opposite of what the other agent told me.

The other agent told me to give them a call since its more than 6 months. Hope I will have updates.

VSC has officially displayed they are significantly behind. I guess the wait is just starting for all of us, Oct and Nov filers. Maybe by June 13th(next official update on their website), they would reach at least Oct 15th.

Select VSC for a Service Center and then scroll down to I-751 to see the Sept 29th, 2014

They unfortunately always go close to two months behind, but this is their "normal processing times" as of now, which means that if you are an October filer and you submit a request, they will most likely tell you, your case is within normal processing times since now is the time when they are supposed to look into Oct . This is why they don't do anything about a request unless it is really stated out of the normal processing times on their website. This is solely my opinion.

they are already working on October cases. 4 - 5 of the VSC october folks on here are already approved

Yes, that is true, but that only means if you are an OCT VSC filer you cannot, yet, file a service request. That's all I am saying is that we will just have to keep waiting, even though 7 months have passed. Because Oct filers are still considered in normal processing times unfortunately.

If the Receipt notice date printed on your NOA is November then Yes you are! 11/03 seems like the day you received your NOA in the mail? oh and you probably meant to type 11/03/2014 not 2013!
