Im just curious if everyone here never had their interview? During the AOS and ROC?

Is it possible? I'm still waiting and never got RFE or interview schedule.

2/14/14- Filed for Divorce

2/28/14- Sent I751 Packet (divorce pending)

3/3/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

3/5/14- Check Cashed & NOA1 Received in the Mail

3/6/14- GC Expired

3/11/14- Received Biometrics Appt. Letter (for 3/28)

3/21/14- Biometrics (done 1 week early)

5/20/14- RFE received for divorce decree/more evidence

8/8/14- Submitted further evidence, no divorce decree yet

9/12/14- I751 Denial received

10/8/14- Divorce finalized

10/14/14- Sent I751 Packet again, with divorce decree! (Refiling)

10/15/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

10/17/14- Check Cashed

11/03/14- Biometrics Done

3/6/14- 1 Year Extension Expired

3/24/15- I551 Stamp in Passport (1 year extension)

4/16/15- APPROVED! E-mail & Text Received

4/20/15- Approval Letter Received via Mail

4/25/15- GC in hand! Happy Birthday to me! :)

Thank you KASH2011, PLAMJORDAN11, ARMYWIFE1130 :thumbs:

I think that USCIS after approval of my petition on March 26 pulled out the petition of my son because I sent absolutely identical documents and proofs.

I sent I-751 together with the son in the beginning, but my petition accepted, and the son rejected. I was on 2 infopass us forced to give the petition of the son separately only because he drove for 1 week before me.

For information - if the dependent child crosses boundary with CR-2 before mother, to give only separately. 90 days are written to instructions on USCIS site, it if the child drive after mother only. And in our case, we don't get under this instruction, though a difference in a week.

Sorry for my English - I only study :rolleyes:

Got a text and email at 6 pm today that our case was updated!

It said on April 9th we ordered for card production! Glad the waiting is over for this step :) good luck everyone!

Congratulations on all the approvals!! Some of us are still waiting and I am very anxious to hear something, anything! I know I got the stamp (thank goodness) but this is after all my 2nd petition, with a divorce waiver and I sent them everything I have! If I get RFE or interview I have no idea what else to give them :cry: **fingers crossed** and praying everyday for good news!! :dancing::dancing::dancing: thank you to all VJ members, I couldn't get through this without your support and encouragement :content:

07/02/12 - Case arrived at NVC

07/12/12 - Received case #, IIN, and BIN, gave e-mail addresses

07/13/12 - E-mailed DS-3032 from Beneficiary's e-mail address

07/23/12 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID

07/24/12 - DS-3032 accepted, IV bill invoiced & PAID

07/25/12 - AOS bill appears as PAID, IV bill appears as PAID, AOS Package sent, IV Package sent

07/26/12 - AOS and IV Packages delivered to NVC

08/01/12 - AOS/I-864 accepted, Checklist Issued for DS-230

08/13/12 - Responded to Checklist
