I finally got my biometrics appointment date. I was waiting for the letter for 31 days from the NOA1 date, called USCIS on 12/5 telling them that it has been 30+ days and I still didn't get my biometrics appointment. Last week (about a week after my call to USCIS) I received the biometrics appointment notice. My info is updated with the appointment date below. I will try to do an early walk-in in Atlanta though. I will update it with the walk-in date here if successful.

12/05/2014 - called USCIS about delay in getting my biometrics appointment notice

12/12/2014 - received biometrics appointment notice dated 12/08/2014 with the 01/02/2015 biometrics appointment date

12/19/2014 - walk-in attempt to do early biometrics; they didn't accept walk-ins that day, so my attempt was unsuccessful

12/22/2014 - successful biometrics walk-in

06/18/2015 - ROC approved! Received a letter in the mail box on 06/22/2015

06/23/2015 - the new green card was ordered

07/02/2015 - the new green card was mailed

07/06/2015 - the card was picked up by USPS

07/08/2015 - the card was delivered

N-400:

07/11/2016 - package sent

07/13/2016 - package delivered to the USCIS Phoenix, Arizona Lockbox

07/14/2016 - NOA receipt date

07/16/2016 - biometrics scheduled for 08/02/2016

07/18/2016 - check cashed

07/19/2016 - NOA received in the mail

07/19/2016 - created an online account and saw the biometrics notification dated 07/16/2016 with the biometrics appointment scheduled for 08/02/2016

Fr some reason I'm starting to get nervous.

It took 4 months for July filers. I wouldn't worry until Jan \ Feb.

Day 01 - 07/25/2012 - Mailed AOS package (I-130,I-131, I-485,I-765) via UPS Next Day Air.
Day 02 - 07/26/2012 - Package delivered by UPS.
Day 10 - 08/03/2012 - Got 4 emails confirm AOS package had been received. Checks cashed.
Day 13 - 08/06/2012 - Receipt Numbers are track-able on USCIS website.
Day 18 - 08/11/2012 - Biometrics Notice received (Dated: 8/8, Appointment: 8/29)
Day 20 - 08/13/2012 - Walk-in biometrics done.
Day 24 - 08/17/2012 - Received 4 NOA letters.
Day 27 - 08/20/2012 - 2nd Biometrics Notice received. Same day walk-in biometrics done.
Day 41 - 09/03/2012 - Email and txt notification of interview.
Day 43 - 09/05/2012 - Interview Notice in the mail. This is GREAT!
Day 63 - 09/25/2012 - EAD txt notification. I-765 online status updated.
Day 69 - 10/01/2012 - EAD Mailed.
Day 71 - 10/03/2012 - Interview. I-130 approved. I-485 will be approved after police clearance received. / EAD received. Wrong name. Wrong country of birth.
... waiting for Police Reports from Vietnam and current city's police dept.
11/01/2012 - RFE Police reports sent.
11/06/2012 - I-485 Approved. Card production email received.
11/09/2012 - Email notification. Card picked up by USPS.
11/15/2012 - GC received. Correct name. Still wrong country of birth.

I did my early bio today in Atlanta! I tried to do a walk-in first time last Friday (December 19th) at 9am, but they didn't let me in and told me they didn't allow walk-ins that day due to too many people. I tried again today (Monday, December 22nd), arrived at 7.50 am, the guard asked all walk-ins to wait in a separate line outside the building, but we were inside pretty quickly. I was in and out within about 40 minutes.

All bios are now done in our October list. Hopefully, it won't be too long until our ROCs are approved. Happy Holidays and Good Luck, everybody!

We are now just waiting. I did have a question, when I went to USCIS website it says they received our "CRI-89" application? Why doesn't it say "CRI-751"?

The wait is easier. I'm just nervous about having filed thighs wrong, blah blah blah, but I guess it's a good thing that I haven't gotten the greencard or RFE in the mail, I also haven't gotten a denial notice either.

I believe that is their internal "code" for the I-751 application.

2/28/14- Sent I751 Packet (divorce pending)

3/3/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

3/5/14- Check Cashed & NOA1 Received in the Mail

3/6/14- GC Expired

3/11/14- Received Biometrics Appt. Letter (for 3/28)

3/21/14- Biometrics (done 1 week early)

5/20/14- RFE received for divorce decree/more evidence

8/8/14- Submitted further evidence, no divorce decree yet

9/12/14- I751 Denial received

10/8/14- Divorce finalized

10/14/14- Sent I751 Packet again, with divorce decree! (Refiling)

10/15/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

10/17/14- Check Cashed

11/03/14- Biometrics Done

3/6/14- 1 Year Extension Expired
