Day 0 08/21/2012 Sent I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131

Day 1 Received the next day via UPS

Day 6 08/27/2012 email and text for all 4

Day 10 08/31/12 NOA1 for all 4 and Biometric appointment for 09/21

Day 18 09/08/12 REF on I-485, waiting for the letter

Day 31 09/21/12 Biometrics done

Day 34 09/24/12 RFE hard copy for I-864

Day 51 10/11/12 RFE Response sent (about 30 days behind)

Day 55 10/15/12 RFE response review

Day 64 10/24/12 Online status changed to EAD/AP Card production

Day 72 11/01/12 EAD/AP Card arrived!!

Day 73 11/02/12 Interview SMS for December 3rd

Day 76 11/05/12 Applied for SSN and HARD COPY of Interview

Day 104 12/03/12 INTERVIEW DAY!!! 9 am Chicago, IL

This waiting game is much better with my husband in the country this time =) I'm not going to be checking the status online like crazy...like I used too ha.

They seem to be pretty consistent with 3-4 months from what I've seen. That time frame may be a little longer with the VSC cases possibly transferring to CSC, but still in very good time frame compared to other types of applications.

I-130 NOA1: 10/24/11
I-130 NOA2: 04/09/12

Received at NVC: 04/2012

Case Closed: 06/14/12

Interview in CDJ: 08/06/12 (denied, okay to file waiver)

Sent in I-601 Waiver: 08/06/12

I-601 Waiver Approved: 11/14/12

CR-1 Visa Received: 12/11/12

Entry to U.S.: 12/21/12

ROC Application Received: 10/31/14

Biometrics Appointment: 11/25/14

Just wanted to check the web site for the hell of it. I don't really care for the new design, I liked the old one much better. I don't see how the case status tool is "better".

I didn't care about the new design either...is kinda funky

I got my biometric schedule on 12/02/14!

But I will do walk in on 25th, reason is i will be out of the country on 30th of Nov and won't be back til january 3rd week. So I really can't make on the 2nd , hope they will let me in.

Thank you for updating my timeline. I'm lost about the new USCIS website. I tried to add status update to my case but I don't know how to add the case number? I'm so confused with the settings etc!! Thank you for updating my timeline. I'm lost about the new USCIS website. I tried to add status update to my case but I don't know how to add the case number? I'm so confused with the settings etc!! I joined the ELIS but it don't give me the option to save the case number for status update. Anyone?

I'm done with my walk in bio. Went early and they let me in. Please correct my timeline into 24 instead of 25 ( Talking about the early biometric ) Now im ready to go to my vacay!!

09/25/2012 - Sent AOS I-485/EAD Package
10/04/2012 - 2 NOA's hardcopies received at home
10/11/2012 - Biometrics appointment letter received
10/15/2012 - RFE hard copy (request for 2011 tax return and sponsor I-864 )
10/20/2012 - RFE sent and txt message received confirming they got it
10/22/2012 - Walk-in biometrics successful (15 days earlier)
12/10/2012 - Status updated, interview schedule for 01/11/2013
12/11/2012 - EAD status updated approved
12/15/2012 - EAD status Document Production
12/17/2012 - EAD status USPS has picked up
12/19/2012 - EAD card received
01/11/2013 - Interview, approved on spot
01/19/2013 - Green Card arrived in the mail :) See you in two years :)

I-751 Removing Condition Journey

10/15/2014 - Sent I-751 Package

10/18/2014 - Received NOA1 (One year Extension)

10/20/2014 - Check Cashed

10/29/2014 - Biometrics Appointment letter received for 10/11/14
