When we travel my husband will not have a new I-551 stamp, he'll only need his green card,correct? When they review his passport they are not going to be looking for a new i-551 stamp as long as he has his green card, correct?

Hi all, also had info pass appt. today. Same as Yuchika, got a year stamp on passport. The agent was very short and said she did not have any information on my case, it's pending is all I can tel you. Well, at least I am ok to travel in two weeks, I was getting worried, we had this trip booked since January. I never thought that the card would take this long.

NY field office in Manhattan. Scheduled info pass about a week ago and only day available was today.

Good news on the Processing Time Information page for VSC posted today - they are now done processing October 27, 2014 applications as of April 30, 2015. Since it is middle of June now it means they should be actively processing November applications and should be finishing October applications. We will see how soon they will approve early November filers...

That is good news, but judging by the people on VJ and Trackitt they are no where near this date. Look at all OCT filers waiting to hear anything back. I find USCIS timeline inaccurate, but the good news is that all applicants before Oct 27, 2014 can at least submit a service request. Which means that by next month around this time we can at least start submitting service requests, because I highly doubt it they will actively work on cases with 4th of July coming around the corner. To me this process seems like it will never end. It has been 7 months+ and their timeline today means at least one more month before anything can change and then we can still be sitting in a queue somewhere waiting for somebody to touch our case. I am predicting a lot of RFE's for Nov filers since it will be more than 8 months since we submitted and I can imagine they will need some fresh information. Let's hope I am wrong on all of the above and all Oct and Nov filers are approved by next month. But then again I am rarely wrong LOL, but I am sometimes, so I hope this is really the case:)

I wouldn't be surprised if someone receives a notice this evening upon arriving home. It took them 6 months and 8 days to process my case starting from the date of the biometric. Sorry you guys are waiting but I'm sure RFE isn't the reason. If you submitted all the documentation I doubt that an RFE will come.

We are still waiting on the card but they said it could take up to 30 days from the 11th of June. Hopefully, we don't have issues with that. For those approved within the last couple months, how long did it take for you to receive your card after being notified? We were notified via email and text.

Just received a text stating that my file on USCIS was updated. I went to the website and in big letters it said, "CARD MAILED." The letter said to give it 60 days before the card arrives but the update on USCIS states the card should arrive by the 16th of July. I do like being informed and updated. Make sure you sign-up to be notified by email and text.
