221g co sponsor - HELP PLS!

Hi visajourney friend...

I done interview sept 11 and they got mein 221g for cosponsor cr1 coz my husband is selfemployed but did not meet the poverty guideline...... my question is can my husband use form1-864 A for her mother as co sponsor to meet poverty guideline ...since they living in samehouse in states?... but my husband been living her

In philippines 2 years...

Indditional.info isent requiringdocument... sept 19 and rrcieved by 22 and got updated sept 24 since then no update yet. I know its too early to worry just wanna know... hoping visa will be issued before oct 27 because my husband BB STAMP will expire oct 27 he need to exit philippines with my baby and he kinda dont like to go without me so if visa issued it will be great for us..thank u inadvance inadvance friend:)

What did the 221g ask for or didn't it specify the I-864? If your husband is living there in the Phils, how can he also be living in the USA with his mom? I would simply complete the I-864 (it isn't a complicated form) and make USEM happy.

As for the BB stamp, you both could fly to any other close foreign country for a day then return and have another year BB stamp.

The embassy say we neeed co sponsor it indicate

1-864 and utr 2013

1-864A and sustained income...

No i mean his here in philipines but his dominicile is in states.his address dominicile is address with his mom coz he really living with his mom.when his in states.. His here PI temporary...

Our case is in administratitive processing

About going to other country i cant coz my passport is still in embassy waiting to be issued to have visa...

passport at embassy .... duh... :lol: that's right! Well he can do the trip on his own and get another 30 days no issue. ;)

Yes probably that will happen go trip by himself. But stillpraying and hoping viss will be issued before oct 27 praying and hoping for the best.... thank for the respond:)
