Hello Everyone,

My AOS is under process, I have received my EAD & AP. My husband (US citizen) is travelling to UK for official purpose. I also want to accompany him. Can anybody help me to know how I could go about it?? Where can I find the process for applying visit/tourist visa for UK when a person is under AOS process. Please help.

You apply for the tourist visa just as you normally would. You are a citizen of your country and all requirements for a tourist visa for your country apply even after you obtain your green card. The only difference I have found is it is usually easier to obtain a tourist visa when you have your US green card as your chances for overstaying your tourist visa are diminished.

ya, must arrange for tourist visa to UK, as your current status isn't helpful for UK Tourist-y things, at all.

The AP allows you to return to the USA, and that's it.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
