This means that you are missing an item or items from the 130 Petition. You will be getting a hard copy in the mail of the RFE.. This will tell you what you are missing and give you a time frame to submit those items with the bar coded sheet they sent,. You need to respond with in the time frame they provided you. Please read the notice carefully and provide them what they need.
