Received the Biometrics request - does that mean no more evidence of relationship is required

Hey guys, I received the Biometrics appointment letter earlier this evening... I did send a lot of stuff including tax docs, names change proof, insurance, lease and financial document providing evidence of our marriage. Does that mean no more evidence of relationship is required at this point. I know the case is in the initial review but I read it some place that if USCIS was interested in more evidence, they would have asked for that first before the biometrics appointment?

Can someone please clarify this for me?

Also, does that mean there won't be an interview necessary?

Biometrics appointment is almost mandatory for most of immigration processes, (someone doesn't receive biometrics appointment though). A lot of people receive RFEs or interview appointment several months after biometrics done. So there is no guarantee you will not have RFE or interview at this point.

Thanks for the speedy response Nancy, appreciate it. Also, my wife and I are traveling to CA a day before the appointment date, I also read it out here that instead of calling and rescheduling, I can swing by their office and do the biometrics earlier (I can also take the evidence - plane and hotel reservations) proving that we're out of town. What do you think?

Sure thing, you can even do it anytime from now until then. Won't hurt at all.

Some offices don't let you do early drop in, ie. Phoenix is a no. Been there and tried that ;-)
