Confused..What to do after receiving Packet 3

Hi Everyone,

My friend filed DCF in Manila for a spouse. Case was approved and packet 3 received from IV section USEM. Instruction said prepare the Documents and it says do not send the the documents to the US embassy in advance and was asked to fill out DS260 and DS261 online . For those of you my friends and sisters who filed for DCF, WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THE DOCUMENTS, did you Scan and send the copies to the NVC or just bring the Documents at the interview? Don't know what to do it's been a month after receiving the packet 3. Another help regarding Medical at st Lukes, Can She go to St Lukes at this time to have her medical exam? She has not yet file the DS260 online. What does she need to bring or show at the St. Lukes?..Please help my friend and can not go with the process. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU

As dcf filers,we dont have to go to NVC,she needs to do the ds 260 and after that send an email to the email add listed on packet 3 or 4 cant remember then somebody from ivmanila will reply and tell her to schedule an interview at ustraveldocs.Once scheduled she can do the medical exam at st lukes.The documents listed she should bring to the embassy during the interview.

GREEN CARD AND SSC STATUS

August 25,2014 Went to SSA to see what's going on with my SSC- SAVE has my middle name together with my first name.

August 28,2014 ELIS went from ACCEPTED TO OPTIMIZED IN PROCESS (INITIAL REVIEW)

September 2 Called local ssa and was told SSC was mailed/Elis says Green CARD production has begun

September 4,2014-received ssc

September 8,2014- green card mailed/closed on elis

September 9,2014- green card received yahooo!!

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

Mailed Packet: 4/29/2016

NOA1: 5/2/2016

Bio Appt: 6/1/2016

Approval:2/13/2017

Received 10 year green card:2/17/2017

She can go to st lukes anytime as long as she brings the requirements with her and take note that the validity of the visa is tied to the medical,if she does the medical too early(ex. sept 25) she would have until about march 25 to leave the country.
