RFE Processing Time Once I-129F Is Transferred

Hello,

I recently discovered through the USCICS website that instead of receiving a NOA2 as expected, we received an RFE. Our case originated in Texas but was transferred to California 11 August. After plugging in the transfer information in our timeline, it still shows Texas processing times for RFE even though California is now handling our case.

Does anyone know why it's showing Texas RFE processing times, and how do I find California's RFE processing times?

I too received a RFE and was transferred to Cali from Tx. I received it on 9/24 so awaiting my hard copy to see what on earth could it be. my timeline like yours still reflects Tx but, I don't think we have to worry about that bc the RFE responses will go directly back to Cali where our petitions are.

True, the RFE will go directly back to California. But why doesn't the timeline function present data showing that (it does ask for transfer info), and how long does California take to process RFE?
