Questions about I-751!

hi there, I am about to remove conditions on my 2 years green card. here is my questions:

on part 1 questions 22: Have you resided at any other adress since you became a permanent resident? we have livoed with my in-laws for the first 5 months when i got here, and then we have moved to a diffirent place (where we live right now). I have filled form IR-11 within 10 days but i have never received a comfirmation letter. so i had to call them and resubmit the form online again. now do I have to include a sheet with the package to show the new adress. and does my wife (petitioner) have to submit anything to the usics since we have moved together? btw her parents are my sponsors.

Just use your new address on the forms. They don't tend to send any kind of confirmation with an address change (at least I never got one either). Good luck!

Nope, she'll just sign on page 5 of the I-751.
