You're welcome san83. God blesses you with a healthy baby and hopefully very soon a visa so you can reunite with your husband. I just know how hard it is to be separated from loved ones especially during critical moments.

Thanks bertoli for ur blessings ... wish u the same VB just moved one month... when my hubby know about god blessing (pregnant) he did big thing for me he resigned his job and he came here now we r in srilanka . When our case become c he will take me to US. I hav a wonderful hubby to take care me . That's my big blessing dear

Hope December VB will move to May 30..... if this goes on then May pd after 2 will B current on Feb.... that sucks.

march 2013 VB for Nov.. Who needs that? I believed that most of the 1st quarter filers of 2013 are already here in the US. I hope the Christmas spirit will bring a BIG Surprise for all of us this December.

Obviously , there are only a few of them left due to technical issues like in AP or sth , in our own local forums no one with earlier 2013 , only with May and above.

I see no reason why it moves so slow

We will have to pay new IV fee after December , which is stupid.

We will have to submit new taxes docs after April . which is again just plainly stupid

reading the Visas services fees link, with the information of the new cost , do we (immigrant visas applicants) will have to pay the difference in fees??

Fees that will increase (nonimmigrant fees only): Visa fees paid will be accepted 90 days after the new fees go into effect, as follows:

• If you paid your visa fee before September 12, 2014, and your visa interview is on or before December 11, 2014, you do not have to pay the difference between the new and old fee amounts.
• If you paid your visa fee before September 12, 2014, and your visa interview is on or after December 12, 2014, you will be required to pay the difference between the old and new fee amounts – no exceptions.

We only need to pay difference amount. Not whole new fees.

They are slowing down the whole thing to make every visa applicant pay the extra fees. This is a rip off!

It will move now 3 weeks to 4 week from now for next 1 year...thats trend after retrogession and when forwad movement starts.It would be surprising month if it moves more than 5 week any time soon....
