I guess there is no problem then. It doesn't effect you, so problem doesn't exist.

That's clearly not what I said. I find it rather interesting that there are employers that offer outrageously great health insurance benefits to their staff while in the industry at large health insurance benefits are withheld from new hires for a waiting period. That's just wild.

That said, I think my point of view on health insurance is well known - it should be universal and independent of the employer.
