still no biometrics appointment letter yet. :-( should I be worried? looks like the people who filed almost the same or the same date as I was got their appointment date already. Any advice on what should I do?

As I remember it, my biometric appointment notice came a week from my NOA. Hopefully, yours will arrive within this week. So personally, I would wait it out first until Friday.

If it still doesn't come by then, maybe time for you to call uscis. http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/contact-us

Our biometrics letter also came at about T+ 1 week.

If yours is beyond that, you need to call. You don't want to miss the appointment because you did not get the letter.

30 days after your receive date, you are able to talk to USCIS about this issue and let them give you solution. I had the same situation almost 2 months ago. I waited more than 40 days. I called and they got me to talk to an officer, and when I called it was actually only 5 days before my biometric appointment date. So they faxed me my letter. I did a walk in the day I received the fax and guess what my letter came in the same night =.=

But they said they only fax letters to folks when it is 5 or less than 5 days till the appointment date.

If yours is beyond that, you need to call. You don't want to miss the appointment because you did not get the letter.

Patiently waiting here but if I will not receive it this week, we might call them coz tomorrow would be 30 days to be exact since we mailed our application. Hope you will get your letter soon. We have similar timelines and we are still waiting for our letter. I'm hoping today will be the day we receive it.

No, I just waited. I received the NOA's so I knew that they received the package.
