Not sure how long this will take but our interview and approval were 9/18 and we are in READY immigrant status last date 9/18. I understand it needs to switch to ISSUED? how long have recent approvals been taking? Can we look anywhere embassy specific for this data?

Hello and Congratulations!!! Well Ironically enough my Fiance who lives in Santo Domingo, DR has had several friends approved on their interviews for various types of visas. In any case the experience is 7 days wait to receive passport with visa back from consulate. So just be a little more patient, just a few more days taking into consideration weekend and today's holiday there.

5/22/14 - USCIS RCVD PETITION :)

5/27/14 - NOA1 :)

8/11/14 - TRANSFERRED TO CSC?? :unsure:

9/16/14 - NOA2 EMAIL!!! :dancing:

9/22/14 - NOA2 HARD COPY!! :)

10/6/14 - NVC RECEIVED APPROVED PETITION, CASE NUMBER PROVIDED.

10/8/14 - CEAC STATUS "READY"

10/9/14 - PACKAGE LEFT NVC TO DR CONSULATE! :dancing:

10/14/14 - CONSULATE RECEIVED :yes:

10/16/14 - CEAC STATUS UPDATE DATE CHANGE: STILL "READY"

Thanks guys!! It's driving me crrrrazy! Cuz I'm so eager to finally have him here so we can really start our lives together. I checked again today and it's still the same. Sigh. But I looked at a bunch of other numbers from the appt list and yes although I've no idea what kind of visas they are I see most have changed statuses. So of course it's driving me totally totallllyyyy nuts. Sigh. I'll try not to look until next week. Try being the operative word here. Lol
