Alright about 10 years ago i was caught shoplifting some ear rings worth about 10 dollars. A police officer came and simply issued me a non criminal ticket for tresspassing. No fingerprints, no arrest, no charge.. just a ticket. I've travelled in and out of the states numerous times and they've ran checks on me on the computer and nothing regarding that issue came up. So since i did commit an act of CIMT but was not charged or arrested for it, does this make me inadmissible? thanks.

you say it was a NON criminal ticket then to me that says you have not commited a criminal offence, but if it was me (I had to get 601) I would always be honest and if asked anywhere forms or by people tell them, it is only a minor thing and Im sure it will be no problem. My crimes where much more serious and I got my visa ok,so dont worry bout it too much

Hoo theer marra waat sek fettle?
