Hello,

I am currently getting the information together for my mother's application. She has not worked and has not file taxes since 2007. Does she has to present some sort of explanation of why no taxes has been file (again, she has not work since that time). I was thinking that she does not need to present anything because she has nothing to file taxes for.

Thanks in advance for the help provide it!

Hi,

I can not tell from your timeline where in the process you are. Are you petitioning for your mother? Adjustment of status for her? What sort of application are you doing for her? Please provide us with more info so that people here can help you with your questions :-)
