I-864 joint sponsor, self employed, married filed jointly?

hey guys

So I am getting my AOS package together and keep running into different questions. We have a joint sponsor who is self employed. He is married and they have filed jointly. The spouse also works.

My questions are:

1) I have the tax transcripts, do I need to submit any other schedules? (Schedule C? The instructions is throwing me off, it says if you checked that you are seld employed that you must also include any 1040 schedule that I filed). But I think with tax transcript i should ignore that part? not sure

2) Since they filed jointly, the spouse does work, do I need to submit any other document? I read somewhere that I should also complete an I-864A form?

I would like to add that without the wife's income in the joint filing, the main sponsor doesnt make enough income. But both of them combined (and they did file jointly) make enough income

A Follow up question, Since they did file jointly, should I use the total income from the tax transcript? and then just attach a 1-864A form for his wife and list her income on their?

Or should I only put what my joint sponsor made as being self employed on the I-864?

And finally for his current annual income, I should only include his seperate income right? and not both him and his wife combined?

lol oh man, so sorry for all these replies but finally, on the I-864 form, part 6 question 6 "Income you are using from any other person who was counted in your household size".

Should I add the wife as person 1? or just leave that blank?
