O god am I screwed ?

Good day to all Il try to make this short ok so I just heard of k1 visa no one helped me fill it out I did it my self here's the issues ..I was married I have 2 small kids I SENT my divorce decree (copy ) to uscis no where on that app did it ask me do I have kids am confused ..if an officer asks my fiancé at the interview do I have kids of course he ll tell them I do but is this a prob ?? Will they see in the decree I have kids on tax return ??? I didn't get a RFE or noa2 either still waiting just really confused I will be asking every question on vj wish I knew about this site before I swear I will be on here for ages helping ppl with ? ... Ok so what you guys think about my kids will this affect the process ? Thanks guys

Are you stating that you didn't declare children on the I-129f forms?

Because it does ask if you have children on those.

You are not required to list your kids at this point in the process (assuming you are the petitioner). You only need to declare your kids when you are submitting the I-134 and it is for helping determine your household size. Of course your kids will come likely come up in the embassy interview, but its just so that they can tell if you have a bonafide relationship or not. Relax, you did fine.

This is of course true, I was just assuming op was the beneficiary, if not then yes the above applies

I was/am the petitioner. I have 2 children from a previous marriage. I did not have to "declare" them on any I-129f forms. My fiance was asked about them at the interview.

Having started the AOS paperwork, there is a form for support and in that they want to know the household size.
