US Immigration?

Bearing in mind her situation what other Country could she legally move to?

I'm not sure I understand your questions.

She is looking to immigrate to the US, yes?

Has there been a mention of her wanting to immigrate to any other country in this thread?

She can file for divorce here from her husband there. Since your wife is a citizen she can apply for both of them and then they could wait here while the paperwork is processing. Or if she plans on marrying the man she met he could apply for her and her son.

April 2014 I-360, I-765, and I-485 mailed.

She can file for divorce here from her husband there. Since your wife is a citizen she can apply for both of them and then they could wait here while the paperwork is processing. Or if she plans on marrying the man she met he could apply for her and her son.

She would need to retain status to adjust other than through a US spouse.

The suggestion was that US family sponsorship is restrictive.Compared to most it is not.

It's only part of Ukraine where the situation is bad. Large part of it is a good as it was. Question is, where does she live ?

She lives in the east, but I am not sure a large part is a good as it was. In the east, they get electricity for two hours twice a day. This does not happen in the west?
