Case complete but can't pay AOS bill?

When did u get ur Case # and IIN?

When I got mine it took a day for the site to work for me... It gave me a message about my case being terminated, then the next day I could pay the AOS fee and fill out the ds261.

anyone with same situation here? I have my case number and INN but i can't pay AOS :( pd 02 october 2013

U def have to call them and see what is going on...

Have they emailed u at all?

are u sure u r tying it right?

That's a crazy amount of time... the only suggestion I have is for u to call Monday n find out.

That's a crazy amount of time... the only suggestion I have is for u to call Monday n find out.

I have never call NVC because I contact them via email and send a tons of emails and everytime the answer was : Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The petition will be retained at the NVC until an immigrant visa becomes available. Every day I'm hoping that if visa becaume current maybe I can pay for AOS :(

Your PD isn't current. You will have to wait until it is. Right now the Visa Bulletin is at February 2013 you have a wait.

No need to call but you should join this thread for F2A's who also like you are waiting on NVC.
