Hi everyone. I would like to have my parents and my 3 brothers with me in the US. To start the immigration process, I filed an I-130, for my mother, one for brother age 31 yrs old, and one for my other brother age 32 yrs old. I understand that the parent immigration is considerably faster than any other category so I was hoping to have my mother apply for my little brother and my father. Unfortunately, my two older brothers need to wait 10+ years - sadly.

Anyway, my youngest brother turned 19 in June 2014. So I was hoping that we would have enough time to have my mom apply for his immigration once she becomes a permanent residence. So, I filed an I-130 for my mother in Nov 2013 that was approved in March 2014. I already paid the AOS fees and sent in the AOS package. I got the IVF fee bill two days ago that I paid immediately, and now I'm in the process of completing the IVF application.

Then, I got confused on the questions whether anybody else is intended to immigrate together with my mother.

Does this mean that I could add my dad and my 19 yrs old brother under her visa application even though an I-130 was not completed for them? Can someone please shed light on this misleading question?

Thank you!
