It wasn’t part of the jobs message he planned to pitch, but Speaker John Boehner said Thursday that immigration reform would help boost the economy.

“Immigration reform will help our economy, but you’ve got to secure the border first,” the Ohio Republican said after a speech at the conservative think tank American Enterprise Institute. “We’ve got a mess and everyone knows we’ve got a mess.

Our legal system is broken, our border isn’t secure, and we’ve got the problem of those who are here without documents,” the Speaker continued. “It needs to be fixed. We’re a nation of immigrants, the sooner we do it, the better off the country would be."

Sunburn Boehner, just fighting to afford his industry pals the privilege of exploiting more low-paid immigrant labour, at the expense of the un-and under-employed of his own country. <_<

Typical ####ing politician. :(

Don't interrupt me when I'm talking to myself

The term "Immigration Reform" is meaningless. Most everyone agrees that changes are needed to America's pathetic immigration system. That's where the agreement ends. Both sides of the political argument are so far apart that finding middle ground is very unlikely. However, most Americans do agree that our borders must be secured first, and an accounting for all those currently in the US illegally. When confronted with either of those two issues is where the two-faced policies of the majority of Washington politicians manifest most frequently.

1. Secure the border

2. Account for all those within US borders and either deport of send to the back of line.

3, Revoke the doctrine of consular non-reviewability
