The lady at bank of america tried to get me a credit card(unsecured).Of course it was denied!Lol I got a letter today that IDA INC was the reporting agency and I have a score of 552.The key factors they say are:invalid ssn (what?!)lack of history at the address and phone number(true) and insufficient history(true).I am wondering why it said invalid ssn so i called them and the automated system said if i want to request for the report i have to mail them my request together with ids(such as ssn,passport etc)Is this normal?I had a name issue at SAVE and got fixed.My ss card now shows my full name/Will this be a problem later on?

I didnt want my hubby to be a co owner as he recently opened two new credit card accounts recently so I am planning to be an authorized user instead.Both on his Bank of America and Amex.Is it advisable to be an authorized user on the oldest accounts or does it even matter?I have read that they send the report too so i can build my credit score thru this.Is this right?If nothing else I will get a secured card from BofA. Thank you guys!

August 25,2014 Went to SSA to see what's going on with my SSC- SAVE has my middle name together with my first name.

August 28,2014 ELIS went from ACCEPTED TO OPTIMIZED IN PROCESS (INITIAL REVIEW)

September 2 Called local ssa and was told SSC was mailed/Elis says Green CARD production has begun

September 4,2014-received ssc

September 8,2014- green card mailed/closed on elis

September 9,2014- green card received yahooo!!

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

Mailed Packet: 4/29/2016

NOA1: 5/2/2016

Bio Appt: 6/1/2016

Approval:2/13/2017

Received 10 year green card:2/17/2017

old credit card numbers had geographic significance and were issued in order. That was changed not long a ago and some older software have issues with the new number or the fact because all USC usually get them at birth now you seem "too old" for the new series. Talk to someone and explain you are abnormal because you immigrated as an adult.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Social security sorry

Gotcha.Will contact them sometime next year if it will still show invalid ssn.Thanks a bunch!
