There are a few tricks you can do which lowers it slightly like holding your arm above heart height but to save time go to your GP now and get your blood pressure tested, then if its high simply agree with your doctor a plan of action, get it written down on a surgery headed notepad and take it with you to the medical. Otherwise after the medical you will have to do it afterwards anyway. Mine was high on the day due to no sleep and worry and thats what I had to do, was perfect at my doctors though.

The rest of the medical is literally nothing, all they need is the plan of action if your BP high, dont stress.
