No, I didn't. I called and was transferred to a tiered rep.. apparently my case is still at NBC. He couldn't tell me whether or not that should be concerning. There was an error with the bio I completed 8/26 although my EAD has a pic from that appt. I may try going in early, with my previous appt doc and hope they let me do it.

this is ridiculous. you have been waiting nine months and instead of giving you your interview, they send you another bio, if after completing your bio, after like a week you don't get a letter for interview you should definitely contact a congressman or senator. If we don't get anything by 26th of this month, we are deciding to get them involved. Because the last person got their interview letter exactly 7months 10 days from when they recieved it(aug 11). I have read articles where officers from another cities and states are transferring to dallas to reduce the backlog but still its not helping at all. and according to the latest bulletin from dallas office its taking 9 months for interview after NBC processing is finished.

I submitted my papers in January 485 adjusting my status..the system updated as of March 23 ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number.................. for an interview. Have not heard anything back.. this is so frustrating..

Dallas is way behind, people been waiting 9 months after they file it , earliest is 8 months, so you have long ways to go, we filed in oct 2014 and still waiting, hopefully by end of this month we will hear something.

Someone who got a "Potential interview waiver" letter in my August 2014 filers topic got notice that a welcome letter was mailed out. This bodes well for other potential interview candidates who filed around that time.

Since you already did your biometrics again, let's hope they just send your welcome letter too, you never know with uscis. This is the week I have been waiting on, hopefully me and hcm will get our interview letters this week, exactly 7 months 10 days since filing,

Got an email, been scheduled for an interview on July 7th.. it's odd, I put in a service request for my i130 about 4 days ago.
