why Dallas is so behind anothers offices? I saw a lot of people get their GC in 3-4 months, mine took 9 months

Yep most most places are doing with 5 months but chicago and dallas are taking a long time, 7-9 months, I am not expecting a interview letter till 3rd week of may and interview in end of june, it might move back because of more delay, more it certainly won't move ahead

I can't see when you submitted your application but the whole process is taking about 8-9months from start to finish for people who need to be interviewed in Dallas

Thank you for your response. I submitted the application January 18, 2015. Do you guys think since we have a kid together, i maybe get scheduled for the interview faster or the interview waived at all?

Nope, for everyone that's getting interviewed don't expect anything till July till ur interview letter and August for your interview(8 months from filing), interview waiver is taking longer almost a year, unless your very lucky, which I doubt with uscis .

Unless u came in k1 visa, u will definitely be interviewed regardless of if u have kids or not or anything else for that matter.

Still waiting apparently they responded to my service request on 4/10. I should get something in the mail soon, I hope. No RFE so far but no updates either.

If it's that contact your local congressman, someone well known , hopefully they can do something, I am filing my service request tomorrow as it will be 6months for us, even thought I am not expecting interview later 3rd week of May, and interview 3rd week of June, just to see what they gonna say

Got the response.. and I quote.

"Due to workload factors not related to your case, uscis anticipates a delay in completing your case." Blah blah sorry for any inconvenience we're doing first in first out blah blah blah.

damn, contact congressmen or do a infopass, cuz if it was first in first out, person after you have gotten their interview letter already.

i had my interview today and the IO was so nice she asked to confirm some information on the i 485 proof of relationship and how we meet ,she was like she wanted to get done with the interview she kept some evidence and my i94 and told me aim gonna get the result of the interview on the mail in 3 to 4 weeks and everything look ok but they need to check if anything comes up the interview lasted about 15 min .its looks like all iO was speeding to get their interview done quickly so any dallas filers get ready for some quick interview .after 3 hours later i got the email saying on april l 21 ,2015 we ordered your new card aim so glad that i didn't have for weeks i wish everybody to get their green card for dallas filers
