All,

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening,

My wife had her biometrics about 2 months ago (applying for her 10 yr green card. She has been in the US for 2 years). We were there for maybe 10 minutes. She took her picture, answered a few questions, and they stamp some papers.

That was it and they told us she was done.

What do we need to do after that, if anything?

Are we supposed to submit something or are we just in a waiting game?

Thanks for the help.

Please realize that ROC petition processing is likely near the bottom of USCIS adjudication priorities. You have your 1-year Green Card extension letter. They have the biometric information.

Keep in mind, it is still their ball game, played in their ball field, with their rules, USCIS is calling all of the shots.

You can do like the rest of us in the same situation......... Wait.......... -_-

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
