American spouse to move to Beneficiary spouse Country during NVC

hi friends

I have a question about a big turn might happen in our process,

We are currently at NVC stage we paid both AOS and IV fees and submited DS-260 and civil documents and NVC has received them

we have domicile in the US and my American spouse have a current job

for personal hardship reason we are thinking that my US spouse will move to my country till we get interview date which also might be expedited because the US spouse in living abroad then my spouse will return to the US till my visa is issued because we realize there will be AP.

if my US spouse moved here there will be no job anymore, and they will ask for sponsor and paystubs. the spouse already was my sponsor in the NVC

what will happen in this case ? does it mean my spouse cant move here because of losing the job ? or is there other way for my spouse to be with me here?

Please we need help regarding this

You will need to show at the interview that you are making enough money to sponsor so if no job you will need a co sponsor. I don't see any reason for an expedite in what you have explained. If you have enough money to move to another country then you aren't in financial trouble.

Really, I know someone who was given an expedite because she wants her husband home for Christmas, yes you heard it here. It depends on the Embassy I had a legitimate expedite and lot's of evidence and they denied me, go figure. So it's worth a try, why not!

The Consulate is usually not the major delay. You never know if what you hear is the whole truth. No downside I know of for applying.

My spouse has been living abroad with me since 2012, we are currently waiting for CC. You will NOT be expedited.
