So I just now noticed that my estimated adjudicated time frame has been changed to Nov as seen below. How did that happen or what caused it to change? From the time I entered my NOA1 received date to this afternoon, it was showing October time frame. :clock::o

Estimates/Stats : Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between November 12, 2014 andNovember 24, 2014*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing timesthen you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

Timeline

It is a pretty common occurrence to see your estimated adjudication time change. You have to remember that people are joining the VJ site every day and creating new timelines. As applications are approved your date will move backwards. If more people join and create timelines within your timeframe, it will move forward.

Each day my fiance and I check our K-1 adjudication time and it changes every single day. It was December 9 - January 1. Now it's December 2 - December 19. Yesterday it was November 30 - December 12. It's an estimation anyhow, but it's still something. I would not get too hung up on it however.

As for your adjudication date being pushed from October to November.. as of two months ago, CSC was processing K-1's within a month or two of receiving them, while Texas Service Center (TSC) was not even starting February. After a lot of complaints (and rightly so, the processing time is 5 months) USCIS began transferring April and May TSC applications to CSC. They seem to be getting priority since CSC is already at their July applications.

At this rate I would not expect anything before the 5 months. Technically that is USCIS's time frame for processing anyhow. If you get it sooner, awesome! If not and you hit 5 months, call and request an update.
