Alright, I will have to go back to them tomorrow and make sure I read everything correctly and fill in the missing blanks. As for when it asks for my current status, am I to write, "out of status"?

No. You still follow all the example forms here on VJ. Your status is 'K-1 visa holder'. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-485.pdf

It does not matter that your I-94 is expired. You file exactly the same as anyone else adjusting from a K-1.

A K-1 visa is a one-time entry visa and it does not get renewed. Not sure what you read about the AP form. For the I-131, you do not need to give any reasons or explanation statements as for why you want/need AP. You skip a lot of the form too, as it states at the bottom of Page 2 of the form itself. Also, leave the dates for the trip and length blank, then hand-write 'Unknown' after you print out the form. You do not need travel plans to get AP. It is routinely given to adjustment applicants. Alternatively, you can make up some date and length too. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-131.pdf

RapidVisa is a paperwork service that makes it much easier to file (fill out your info on their online web forms, and it populates all the necessary paperwork) Their fee for the AoS is $350:

I used them for my K1, and we're married now. I plan on using them again for the AoS. I recommend them if you can manage.

Or fill the forms in and save the money.

They could do that, I prefer the service myself so I know it was done right the first time. I simply offered a recommendation which was more afforable than a lawyer as they seemed as nervous as I was/am. :P

Thanks... Yeah I got the forms, I seen the example forms on visa journey, I just used those as my outline. I just have to do the support form and I think I am about done. I cant find the support form my father in law did so, now I gotta get him to do that as well so, I might be sending my pack in on monday. My husband will have to help him with that again.

I would rather do the forms myself and save that 350, lol, just a little out of my price range since, we just had a baby and just finished paying off a 2500 fine. We accomplished all the K1 forms, I think we can manage these ones as well lol, theyre all pretty much the same, name, dob, status, a number, etc. simple stuff, just annoying.

If I didn't work 70-80 hours a week, I'd probably fill them out myself too! I just know that if I tried with how busy I am (I have two tween children to boot), I'd likely mess something up. :(

Question: as far as the support forms go. Prior to the k1 visa was issued to me, I had to get a co sponsor, which is my father in law. Do we need to send in that copy as well?

You will still need a co-sponsor if your husband's income hasn't risen enough to make or exceed 125% of the poverty level for your household size.

It has, but it just doesnt show on paper, so then we will add his dad again as a co sponser.. Thanks!

Besides last year's tax records, you can use pay stubs and a signed letter from his employer to show he currently makes enough income. If he's close, it doesn't hurt to have an I-864 and the evidence from his father just in case. But he should not need it if he gets good evidence his income is now enough.

Okay, I didnt know I could do that, I will add that in, including the co sponser - rather safe then sorry!

If you've got good evidence, I wouldn't add the cosponsor. Get it ready just in case you get an RFE if they're not finding the income evidence of your husband good enough. But as long as he meets the required income and the evidence is good, there will be no reason to get an RFE. This keeps your father in law off the hook.
