The NVC sent me an email that they have received my civil documents and everything on the 18 september and that it will take them at least 60 days to finish reveiwing my documents and schedule my petition for interview. today is exactly a month that they received the documents, I just want to know if some people have received their interview date before the 60 days period. My priority is long over due, it is in 2007.

We received the same letter... over 60 days ago now.

We did receive confirmation that they (NVC) was finished with our paperwork about five days prior to the 60 day mark; however, they gave us no interview date. I called them just last week to see what's going on and they say that although they are complete with our documents, they have to wait for the Accra Embassy to give them an open interview date... so we're still waiting.

Sorry friend, that isn't very encouraging but it's just what is going on with us. Hang in there... :clock:
