Hi

My wife and I applied for a green card through NIW category.

I got the greencard within 6 month but my wife had to submit a certificate of good conduct since her fingerprint wasn't scanned well for I-485.

In September 2013, we got the letter from TSC and my wife's I 485 was rejected.

The rejection letter said that we didn't file the requested document (certificate of good conduct)

I did all service through my lawyer and everything was done in timely manner.Since my lawyer had all evidence such as fedex receipt, my lawyer filed I290B motion to reconsider in early October, 2013.

It's been almost one year but I haven't heard anything from TSC.

.

My question is if there is any other way for us to expedite TSC's review process.

My current lawyer says "all he can do is to keep sending an inquiry letter" and it looks like he does it every month...

Should I consult with another lawyer? Or the only thing we can do is just sit and wait?

Any advice or suggestion would be appreciated!
