hello VJ friends i have some question, if any one can answer me please help with the information.

i want to start used car business when i move to USA.. i have a plan of buying old used car and sell them to dubai. becaz in compare to usa car price much high in dubai . i know i can send some cars to dubai without any problem.

but my question is when i do it in regular basis will it be illegal ? becaz i wont be having a license for doing this right ? and what are the procedures to have a licence for this kind of business ?

you need to check with the law of the state that you'll reside in. it sound like you're in the business of buying car and shipping it.

check with the DMV of that state.

Used car business usually mean buying car and reselling it back to the consummer that you'll need a license from the state I lived in.

If anything make sure you file your taxes.

You need to check the UAE laws about importing them, taxes, registrations and so on. Doubt anybody will care about shipping cars out of US.

i have no problem in UAE. cuz for local its free of tax. i have local frnd there. all i wants to know is procedure in usa.

You need to check with the laws in New York (If that is where you are going to live).

Most places you need to put up a surety bond, In Texas it used to be $20,000.

Auto dealer and re sellers licenses are highly regulated in USA.

I am just not sure if you would really need a license if you sold all of them out of the country.

i just found a auction compnay. they told me i can buy any car and send it to in country they will handle everything all paper works etc. for 4 cars they will charge 2950$

Actually having a brokers license may save you money. A private citizen is expected to register every car they buy and pay the yearly fees and inspections and taxes. The rules are different for car dealers

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Just a FYI Better Business Bureau is a scam.

You pay around $600 to join, and then it is almost impossible for someone to get a bad comment or negative against your company

BBB is just a fee based company like Angie's list trying to make money off companies

I went to UAE several times on business trip and their government is not like in US.

They seem to have very strict rules about everything.

I would carefully check the motor vehicle importing rules in UAE.

In any case, I always like to root for entrepreneurs coming up with creative business ideas.
