Try again. None of the offenses you have cited are criminal. They are civil misdemeanors. You've probably done worse than most of the people you call 'illlegals' but woe betide you actually admit that it's not helpful and that it's downright rude to call undocumented migrants 'illegals' on an immigration website.

On a website dedicated to the pursuit of legal immigration to the US whether undocumented or not.

› › › › § 1325 (which I cited) is US criminal code. You can tell by the term of incarceration associated with the crime. Incarceration is never a punishment in civil cases.
