I have been calling NVC every couple of days and they are telling me different stories each time...Sept 4th they processed our ds261 and rep told me it will take 3-5 business days before you can pay IV Fee....yesterday i called and rep told me it wasnt processed and she spoke with her supervisor and now it will take 3-5 business days before i can pay IV Fee....i dont understand why they are doing this....i have been following this forum for a long time and noticing that alot of people who petitioned after us their visa is approved and their spouse are already in us..........make me feel sad how they are handling this so called "overload approved petitions from USCIS" ......if USCIS can approve so many case in short time how come NVC cant even keep track of their own cases. :ranting::ranting::ranting:

the operators are just that..."operators" they don't have anything to do with your case. They are only relaying what they interpret on the screen. One person might view something one way, and another might view something totally different. They are trying to give good info... Don't call if you don't want to hear what they have to say. Wait til you get your CC letter. Those operators aren't the ones who are reviewing your files. and remember, things change constantly over there. They might be telling the truth.....

be thankful you can call the NVC everyday if you want. The USCIS is a horrible place to be stuck. Calling them is like talking to the wall.

We have been with the NVC for going on six months now, i have been told so much bad information be the operators there. Some of them don't seem to have any compassion for what we are going through and seem to try to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. There has been times I called three different times and told three completely different stories. Believe me it is very frustateing. When I was waiting for my ds-260 to be availible to fill out I was told by three operators just wait over a weeks period. Finally I was told by the fourth operator that I had to resighn my ds-261 since it showed incomplete and immediatley it was availible. That caused another useless week delay. So expect anything.

This is one more rollercoaster ride dealing with the NVC!!!

oh yes- this people have no hearts and no compassion... They give visas to the people that are in USA illegal faster then to us who are trying to do it the right way. I also do not understand why they give the K1 visa faster as well...arent people who are married kindve more of a proove of love . We are family now and i spent 2 christmas alone! It is even worse that there are men who havent even seen their babies because getting a visa is a completly a bullshit procces.....
Hope this will end soon for all of us!
