am pretty sure that those statistics are not released by USCIS.

What is the probability of getting case completed after sending in the original documents that NVC requested for?

Don't understand your question. That's what gets you case complete sending in everything and it be reviewed and approved. Along with completion of the DS-260 application online. Those 3 things reviewed and accepted gets you the case complete and in the interview queue.

We never got any other checklist the only one we got was asking for Beneficiary Supporting Civil Documents and we just sent in the Original yesterday (POLICE CERTIFICATE, ATTESTATION OF BIRTH WITH AFFIDAVIT, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE).......Do you think we might get another checklist or we are fine because they only asked for the beneficiary civil supporting documents?

@Calicolom, It's 60days per packet you send, 60days for AOS, 60days for IV, and not including checklists and other waits.

Where does anyone get 60 Days, it has been 210 days at NVC for my stepson now.

60 days for every documents that NVC receives like if you send I-864 form with supporting documents...that's 60 days from the time NVC received the documents. supporting documents for ds-260...60 days from the time NVC receives it. ds-261...also 60 days...and all these forms and supporting documents are independent from one another. not to mention if they will send you a checklist for missing documents, that's another 60 days from the time you respond to the checklist and sends the missing documents they requested. so all in all you might stay at the NVC step of the process for one year or may be less but no less than 6 months i believe.

If its been 210 days something sounds very wrong. What category is your son. IR1/CR1 or F2A or what?

Who filed a LPR or US Citizen?

Where are you in the process at NVC?

When was the last time you spoke to someone at NVC?
