Consider that man's influence on the environment falls somewhere between the bold left line and the inside right of the numeral zero. Sure, man plays a part. But with current data, that part is insignificant in the overall scheme of things. Temp fluctuations occur with and (mostly) without man's involvement. Of course, we won't know where the temps and ice volumes will be on the left of the chart for another thousand or so years. Personally, I don't think any of us will be around to talk about it.

You should try and not do acrobatics to be able to see something as a personal attack that clearly isn't. I wasn't even talking about you specifically in that post but made a more general statement. Are you putting on that shoe merely because it fits or do you do that so you can feel attacked? Either way, the decision to put on that shoe was all yours. Take it off and move along.
