Any I-130 June 2014 California Service Center Filer Updates Here!? My PD is June 18,2014 still waiting for NOA 2!

Hello! Any update yet?? Iam july filer my pd is 24th july California service Center... We called California center because They suppose to send us a notification by mail They only did by email... They said it s okay you ll received Any papers that s you suppose to get back in the package... I130 Is on processing just have to wait... You can call Any time for Any questions ... Lol thank you

I still haven't got an update either. Someone with my pd got their noa2 last week though but they seemed to have paused there. My pd is june 3rd.

They usually tell you to wait until the end of regular processing times (5 months) to call.

But I think they will process the rest of June filers this month.

I hope They don t pause to long but some july filers IR/CR1 got the NOA2 so They process one month ahead for IR /CR1 and beyond F2a you think?

Immediate relatives of US citizens get processed first / immediately since they don't have to wait in line with a pending date and a visa is immediately available for them. For us f2a filers, the service centers don't have to rush processing on our cases since we're over a year away from having a visa available for us. So if we get approved now or in the next few months it really doesn't make a difference since we have to sit and wait on our pending dates anyway.

Iam so mad on me that s my entière fault if my husband Is not à US citizen by now and have to suffer missing his childrens so you said it ll take 1 year anyway .....so yes you right i do not care about having NOA2 on this month or following ..in this case. Thank you

That was just a guess. No one can say for sure when our dates will be current. Visa bulletin can always move forward or backwards , fast or slow.

Best thing is to keep monitoring the monthly bulletin to track it's progress.

Okay i got it one more question if visa bulletin show Current on your category meaning everyone who hanging in NVC can be process what ever Is your PD?

When your visa category is current in the visa bulletin meaning there is a C, that means there is a visa immediately available for all who have had their case complete at nvc, or new applicants can file i130 and adjustment of status at the same time.

But say there is a specific date for a category like 1MAY2009 then the bulletin would be current for all the applicants of that category who filed before that date.

There Is some F2a get approuve by NVC in less than 5 months and move forward to the next Step in this year case complète in less than a year so i don t understand some time They don t wait for PD to be current .....there Is Still chance to get the process in less than a year my fear Is that it take more than 15 months Is too much .... I Know iam toturing myself i want to stop to wondering and just wait like everyone else. Just if someone Know how long maximum time of case complète ? of course if your Quick to send back Any papers They ll ask ... Iam F2a ROW after i have to stop that !!!LOL iam drive crazy try to find positive stuff to be zen and finnaly sleep ! Sorry to bother if you put an alert on this topic! Stay cool :-)
