An unamed source stated today, that a previously unknown obama staffer holds the position of Doctor of Proctology for Rectal Cranial Inversions in the Oval Office. He has been very busy the last few years, but finally spoke today to reporters after completing an emergency oval office unstick him quick procedure:

It's groundhog / deja vu day for the "It's Still Bush's Fault No Matter What Anyone Says" fan club." Stunned followers of the equivocator in chief were unsure whether their beloved equivocator would create a new set of "none of this is my fault" diversions, or resort to those that were previously used.

No further details were available, but reporters were offered hand cleaner and tissues.

There was nothing to be missed. Obama ordered boots on the ground in West Africa as part of the response to the Ebola outbreak. That's the only place either article in the OP claims where Obama has ordered boots on the ground. As far as the ISIS issue is concerned, no troops have been committed, let alone ordered, on the ground. The second article in the OP is pretty clear on that. Nothing missed at all. Simply injecting a dose of reality into a thread that continues to mix two separate issues leading many to arrive at incorrect conclusions.
