Ethiopia K1 does anyone have checklist for Embassy (post NOA2)

Just got off the phone with NVC and learned they finally assigned a case number yesterday (NOA2 was Aug 29) and that the petition would be sent to the Embassy "probably in a few weeks." The agent told me the Embassy would send me (the petitioner) a letter with instructions. I will keep checking the CEAC website each day but would like to get my paperwork in order to send to my fiancé, so there is no delay once I receive the letter from the Embassy.

Does anyone have specific information/checklist for what the US Embassy in Addis requires for the K1 interview/process? Here on VJ I've seen checklists posted for London, Jamaica, the Philippines etc. but cannot locate one for Ethiopia. There is no specific information for fiancé visas posted on the US Embassy in Addis website - in either the immigrant or non-immigrant visa sections of the website. I even searched the word "Fiance" and "Fiancee" on the Embassy website and came up with zero results. The VJ Embassy info for Ethiopia was last updated in 2012, and from what I can see from some other posts on Ethiopia, the information may no longer be accurate (it seems for example that the Embassy does not send a packet 3).

If no one has a checklist for Ethiopia K1, does anyone have Ethiopia-specific information to answer the following questions:

1. Now that we have an NVC case number, can we fill out the DS-160 and submit it, or do we need to wait for the letter from the Embassy?

2. What documents are required from the Embassy for proof of income to support the I-134 (my income exceeds the poverty level and I will be the sole sponsor)? From reading other posts on VJ, the required supporting documentation is Embassy specific. For example, I'd rather not get a letter from my employer or if not necessary. Also, if pay stubs or tax transcripts are required - for how many months/years?

3. Are there any additional required documents for K1 interviews in Ethiopia other than those listed on the State Dept website http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/types/family/fiance-k-1.html#6

Thank you in advance for your help.
