As others have said, there really isn't a visa category that would allow you to do what you are proposing with the qualifications that you currently have. In addition -- it is very important to know that, if you entered the US on the Visa Wavier program (i.e., with ESTA), and you did find your dream job and there was a visa category available, you could not change to a work status without leaving the US. When you enter the US under the Visa Waiver program, you are stating that you understand that no change of status is available. So, you would still need to leave the US and apply for the proper work visa before you could start working. But -- that is all a moot point, since there really isn't a visa category that you would qualify for to let you work in the US. Good luck finding your right path......
