my last name is wrong spell

hi .. need help! we file all form that using my last name like this MUñoz.. but when we recieve the Receipt NOA1 on the receipts say's MUNOZ .. . n and ñ are different rt? so is it big deal? or wat i wanna know asap. thanks.

It's because their system only recognizes English characters/alphabet. Nothing to worry about.

OMG! thank you.., u are under k1 too? how long bfore u got ur NOA2 after noa1? we are waiting for noa2 ..

Yes, I entered USA through K1 visa too. I am already married and currently adjusting my status. After NOA1, it took 76 days for my NOA2. My timeline is on my signature :)

Only ENGLISH alphabet is used for the visa process, you are fine.

It's normal for them to change letters with an accent mark to a letter without one, because in English we don't have accent marks on our letters. In the case of my wife, they also changed the ñ to n. No problem at all.
