I just read that your fiance should bring all the original documents with him to the interview that i will submit......How is that possible if i'll send them with my I129 package?

Also, while in the process of the K1 visa I visit him and we take more and new pictures, can he bring those to the interview or only the one that i already submitted with my package?

The chat logs have to be the same or new one's, closer to the date of his interview?

Thanks to all

I sent my fiancee all the originals of stuff I sent copies in my I-129f package. For the interview I included a package of evidence since we filed. It included skype call log, phone cards, pictures from last visit (after 1-129F was filed), boarding pass, tickets/stubs. I think its safe to say, the more the better, so I sent everything I had for him to bring to the interview.

The package that you will send will have COPIES of everything with the exception of the original signed forms like the I-129F itself.

On the interview your fiance should bring the originals, just in case they want to check the copies you have sent are real.

On the interview you will have to show the original evidence, photos, phone logs, emails .. etc the same ones you sent in the package AND evidence that the relationship has continue after the sending of the package until the day of the interview.

Hope this helps !!

Good luck
