Recent VJ topic by mother of stateless newborn?

Can anyone find a recent topic on this forum posted by the Iranian mother of a newborn?

She had posted that her husband was American and that they originally lived in a third country where they met, but settled in Iran. She said he was adamant that he wouldn't go to the U.S. embassy, even to renew his passport, as he had a warrant for his arrest back in the States.

Because Iranian law doesn't allow transfer of nationality by an Iranian mother, and the father wouldn't file a Consular Report of Birth Abroad at the American embassy, OP was worried the child would have no documents and be stateless.

It was a fascinating read, and I found t about three or four days ago. No matter what I search for, I can't find it again. Any help is appreciated, as I would like to know how the case has developed. Thanks!
