Wow I am glad to see others are feeling like I am! When we filed I had *optimistically* hoped that this would be a done deal by November and we could have a wedding over the winter break... clearly I didnt want to admit that this was going to take what feels like forever...

So my questions is now, when it says Feb 2nd on the time processing website does that mean they will get around and respond with the NOA2 by then? or will this horrid ordeal be over with by 2/2?

Thanks & keep your heads up everybody!!! One day less!!!

Hello fellow July TSCers. I too was planning for a pre wedding party in Ireland over the winter break, return to the US and exchange vows before the start of spring term... not looking likely now. I'm praying December is our month. Congrats to those on their way to their respective embassies and best of luck to those still waiting on their NOA2.

Me too y'all. . I was making our 1st Christmas preparation but I know at this point he is coming next year. Disappointed but it's all good. Flight tickets are cheaper around the 1st quarter of the year..lol. My estimation is March 2015.

I pray we get NOA2 before USCIS go for holidays.

They will start processing the " new immigration executive order" in January, I pray we all get our NOA2 before this pushes us back..but I ain't sweating over this assumption. .lol..

Pushes us back? Shouldn't they be processed in the order USCIS recieve their applications like the rest of us?

According to http://www.uscis.gov/immigrationaction Processing will begin 2/20/2014.

My FEAR is they will hop the line like other priority cases. But I remind myself that is fear... best to deal with the reality once it's known. I think our EAD applications will be the most influenced given the parameters they can file under.

Well it could happen, but I highly doubt they'd process those cases at TSC. For all we know it could get sent to CSC or NSC or VSC! Keep faith guys!! You're almost thereeee ???

yay congrats!! :D how long did you wait before you contacted your congressman?

EDIT//: Wait that was a dumb question.. obviously 4 months. LOL Nvm.

Ha it wasn't a dumb question.

And yeah, 4 months overall, but I decided to contact him after a month of USCIS not responding to my requests and being unable to update me on my case status. Ten days later... I had approval.

July 11, 2014: Filed all documents with USCIS for K1 Visa
July 17, 2014: NOA1

September 14, 2014: Expedite requested for financial hardship; Declined for lack of evidence

October 17, 2014: He came to visit me in Atlanta for my daughter's surgery (One week together)

November 7, 2014: Expedite requested for a second time; USCIS unable to access my case for updates....

November 12, 2014: Contact my Congressman to request an inquiry into my case status

November 19, 2014: Receive notice that expedite request has been DECLINED

November 21, 2014: USCIS emailed my Congressman to inform him that the expedite has been APPROVED and will be processed.

This completely means that they re-considered their decision only after Congressional Inquiry
